    Policies
    Guarantee Policy All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of the reservation by credit card or travel agencies exchange order / voucher. All major credit cards accepted.

    Arrival and Departure Policy
    Check-in 1200 Hrs
    Early arrivals is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
    Check-out 1200 Noon
    Later check-outs are available on request chargeable and subject to availability.

    Early Check-In Policy
    Reservations with check-in-prior to 0700 hrs are held from the previous evening.

    Refund Policy
    No refund to travel agent on cancellation of booking but the amount can be adjusted in future bookings

    Cancellation Policy
    30 days prior to arrival date - 10% deduction.
    29 days - 07 days prior to arrival date - 25% deduction.
    06 days prior to arrival date - 50% deduction.
    Within 24hrs to arrival date - 100% deduction.

    Amendment Policy
    All amendments will be treated as cancellation.
    Exchange order issued by recognized travel agents should reach us before 30 days of arrival in season and 15 days in off season to ensure the booking.

    Guarantee and cancellation policy for reservation for 24 Dec to 3 Jan
    For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 25% of the total accommodation charges is required within 7 days of making a reservation.
    Payment of balance 50% for the entire accommodation charges is required at least 45 days prior to arrival. This amount will also be non refundable.
    If advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

    Pet Policy
    Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
